How do I know my CV will be submitted to relevant Employers?
Gulfjobseeker.com has been established since 2002. In this time we have developed very good relationship and contacts database of employers, recruiters and vacancies from Gulf countries. Your CV will be forwarded to relevant database as per your package choice and tou will also be provided limited contact details of these employers with their name and phone numbers at the end of service in form of sent data file. We do not provide e-mail addresses of our contacts and their names due to privacy and our IT policy reason. Please note that we do not engage in any kind of database sharing, selling or leasing activites in any way and we just use this database for our clients to distribute their resumes, keeping in mind relevance and readers interest avoiding mass mailing as much as possible.

How will I receive Response / Interview Calls and when will I start receiving?
Response to CV Distribution Service is subject to individual employer’s interest in your CV. All responses will be forwarded to your phone and email responses are recorded at our response center, which are manually checked on daily basis and forwarded to clients by email. There is no fix time limit for response guarantee. Usually we have seen responses coming in few days time and it can keep coming to you even after few months, as employers maintain your data in their company records.

I did not receive any e-mail delivery confirmation messages; is my distribution over?
When your CV is forwarded to our contacts, you will never receive any confirmation emails, as they are recorded in our response center ticket system. By default all responses are divereted their to maintain record keep. Our dedicated support desk executive checks on daily work day basis emails received and are manually forwarded to your email. Presently the phone calls are diverted direct to our clients but we are planning to even set up phone response center too in near future as our facilities and team will expand.

I did not found some of the leading organisations in your list, why?
Our employer contact list is subscription based and it is not like a telephone directoy. We do not belive in mass mailing and are enrolling employers on their wish only. If they do not wish to receive any CV's, we happily remove them from our database. Therefore you may not find the concerned organisation in our list. We also do not accept requests from job seekers to forward CV’s to their choice of employers on request as it is against our IT policy.

What if I do not get a job? Do you refund this fee?
Fee paid in this service is for distributing and advertising your CV within our recorded database, using email service, internet cost and database usage cost; hence it is not for job guarantee; therefore it is non-refundable as we spend lot of resources, manpower, data entry, market research and internet cost in order to collect such database, maintain public network services or circulate your CV.

Our experience, research, data collection and updated contacts database can help you reach faster and in more economical way to potential employee seeking employers. This many employer contacts, information for employers advertising for job vacancies, our personal recruiter contact database can help you find job success faster and more cheaper. Sending your CV through our network will give you better results compared to self made internet search or distribution in yellow page databases.
