Experience: 2 years and above
Responsibilities:
• Work experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory, prepare KPI’s, aging reports and allocation of funds against bills.
• Work experience in handling general Ledger, prepayments, accruals, book closing and preparation of monthly reports as required by the Management.
• Adhere all accounting policies, IFRS and other applicable laws and regulation for the preparation of Accounts.
• Experience in project accounting such as receipts and payments and income and expenditure against each job/contract.
• Knowledge in trade service activities such as Letter of Credits, Trust Receipts, and Guarantees.
• Knowledge of PDC issuance and having solid control and maintain cash outflow range within the forecasted amount.
• Handling suppliers, subcontractors and service providers on payments. Ensure timely payments on critical supplies and services with any impact on operations.
• Strong knowledge in reconciliation of all accounts i.e. advance to suppliers, Corporate Credit Card, Intercompany, AP etc.,
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register esp. addition to fixed assets along with all supportive documents and computation of depreciation and PPE Schedule. Knowledge in borrowing cost and capitalization of CWIP on a systematic approach.
• Coordination with all internal departments for any financial transactions.
• Sound knowledge in MS Office & exposure in handling ERP systems.
