Maintains organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling, candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Performing benefits administration.
Maintaining affirmative action programs.
Designing, Implementing, Monitoring and Improving Policies and Procedures
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies in compliance to the UAE Labour Law requirements.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Implementing a HR Structure and managing HR Strategic Framework
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Stimulating employee performance
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through SMART goal setting and KPI evaluation.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identifying gaps between company expectations and employee performance and identify solutions to fill the gaps.
Bachelor or Masters in human resources or business related degree
