One of the reputed Building Contracting in Dubai is looking for Team Lead Security Guard.
Job Role:
Responsible for overseeing a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of the organization’s premises, assets, and personnel. This role involves leading security operations, coordinating shifts, and ensuring all security protocols are followed effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent, additional security training or certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience in a security role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
3. Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to stay calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
6. Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents.

Working Conditions
Other requirements:
