Female Administrative executive job role
Job Role:
• Replying to the clients email
• Attending enquiry calls through, , email, chat and passing information to sales team.
• Document collections and maintenance
• Coordinating with the client to update the status of all ongoing process.
• Assigning works schedule to PRO
• Creating invoices and payment receipts for the clients
Skills required:
Good communication in English. Arabic Knowledge is an added advantage.
Well organized, efficient and able to work autonomously with initiative and have excellent computer skills.
Candidate should be either in Visit visas or in cancellation period. Should be able to join immediately.
