Requirements: Job Highlights - Recruitment life-cycle, statutory Compliance, Payroll Compensation management, Implementing HR policies, Performance Management, HR Operations, Team Management, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, HR Policy formulation. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Majorly responsible for end to end recruitment activities - Good understanding of statutory compliance & ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with local & state laws - Handling the entire compensation & benefits for the employees - Implementing & oversees policies, procedures and compliance relating to employees within the organization - Implement & oversees programs related to employee benefits and initiatives - Will ensure the workplace is accommodating and free of harassment, handling any complaints in accordance with company policy and any relevant laws - Also, would be responsible for handling employee grievances and major HR Operations activities Candidate must have: - Excellent knowledge of Recruiting & sourcing, conducting interviews & selection procedures - Fine understanding of Statutory compliance & compensation-benefits policy - Deep Knowledge of Implementing Several HR policies, Majorly - work hour & Leave policy, Compensation benefit policy, Travel & expense policy etc - Interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust & confidence while conversing with the employees & clients Eligibility: - Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience - Post-Graduation in HR stream (Regular, degree) PLEASE NOTE - Our Sharjah business is being operated by the company name - Smart Value Trading LLC (SVTL)
