Job Role:
1. Conduct regular safety inspections of the factory and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.
2. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to minimize risks.
3. Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, local labor laws, and company safety policies.
4. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
5. Conduct safety training sessions for employees on proper equipment usage, PPE, and emergency protocols.
6. Ensure the availability and proper use of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits.
