Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must
2. Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the construction industry
3. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. Certification in HSE management e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA is preferred
6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Experience in creating and implementing safety programs and protocols
4. Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize risks
5. Knowledge of emergency response procedures
6. Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and best practices

Bachelor Degree
