Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Service & Sales:
o Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone/email inquiries professionally.
o Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate spare parts.
o Provide pricing, availability, lead times, and part specifications.
o Promote and upsell related accessories or alternatives when applicable.
? Order Processing:
o Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system.
o Coordinate with the warehouse team for item availability and delivery.
o Ensure accurate part numbers and descriptions on all documentation.
? Product Knowledge:
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various forklift brands and parts.
o Identify correct parts using catalogs, manuals, or ERP databases.
o Stay informed about new products, stock arrivals, and promotions.
? Inventory Support:
o Assist in stock monitoring and notify the store in-charge of fast-moving items.
o Coordinate with the purchasing team for non-stock or special-order items.
o Help manage returned items, warranty claims, and exchanges.
? Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Follow up on pending quotations and inquiries.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in forklifts,
automotive, or heavy equipment.
? Good knowledge of parts for brands like Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyster, TCM, etc.
? Strong communication and customer service skills.
? Proficiency in inventory/sales software (ERP, Tally, or similar).
? Technical diploma or background in mechanical/automotive engineering is preferred.
? Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
Preferred Skills:
? Fast learner with attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask in a busy counter sales environment.
? Team player with a sales-driven mindset.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in a warehouse or parts store role, preferably in forklift or heavy
equipment industry.
? Good knowledge of forklift parts, brands, and part identification methods.
? Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, or customized ERP).
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email, etc.).
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical/Automotive discipline is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of brands like Toyota, Nissan, Hyster, Caterpillar, or Komatsu forklifts.
? Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
? Forklift operation license (optional, but advantageous).
