Job Requirements
The candidate must possess basic skills and knowledge which enable him to work under field conditions with large and small animals. Knowledge and recognition of routine medicines used in veterinary medicines and the way of administering them is necessary. He/she is expected independently perform daily treatments as per vet prescription (injections, oral feeding, IV fluid therapy, basic wound management, etc.) and follow with animals’ health status, to accompany and assist the veterinarian in his daily diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures, prepare medicines and consumables for daily farm operation, sterilize and maintain the equipment and to follow the sanitary protocols in the farm. An important part of the job involves cooperation with veterinarians and other technical staff and detailed recording of daily procedures and routine updating of related forms and checklists
